Buying a new home is a very challenging process and the people from Veterans United were there for us every step of the way, making that process much easier to navigate. Amber and her team did a great job of protecting our interests and making this process much less stressful than it could have been. We found them to be courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. We are very pleased to have had them represent us in this major endeavor.
I'm just pretty impressed with VU altogether! From searching to Closing, a VU rep was there every step of the way... and they were eagerly prepared with ideas, knowledge, experience, and answers to all of my questions.
I was treated as a human, not a number, and that was impressive in todays society. Very few times did I have to leave a voice mail for someone at VU, they just seemed to always know it was me... and picked up the phone!
It was hard to give them all a 10, but an 11 wasn't an option!!!!

I had an outstanding experience working with the loan office of Veterans United Home Loans, specifically with loan officer Derek Kriegshauser and the Loan Coordinator Brad Boer, to secure a home loan for my new home at 2757 Jackson St. Derek and Brad was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process, and always made sure that I understood every step. They were very responsive to my questions and concerns, and went above and beyond to ensure that my loan application was processed smoothly and efficiently. Both Derek and Boer attention to detail, great communication skills, and there willingness to help me every step of the way made the experience a pleasant one.
