There was some confusion on my part about who I should have been speaking to in the loan department and when. Once a handoff is made from one consultant or officer to another, it would be a preference of mine to speak with that new person always to avoid hearing mixed purposes and instructions which caused me some anxiety.
Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately and handled in a timely manner. Thank you Veterans United!

Doug and his team were wonderful. I remember leaving the driveway of the house we were looking at that just went up for sale and we were interested in the house before it went up for sale.
