The problem I had was the way my appraisal was done. The person that did the appraisal did not complete the appraisal on his trip and I was charge an additional $150.00 for a reinspection that he did not return to the property to complete. My builder was required to send pictures of items the appraiser did not inspect. If my builder had to help/prove with the appraisal he should have been the person getting paid the additional fee.
