I am crying tears of gratitude and joy as I type this message. My disabilities made this home buying experience overwhelming for me, both mentally and physically. However, with the guidance of Marcus Cossgrove and the amazing team that he selected for me (Tere'sa, Richmond, and my new Veterans United family), I truly feel like it was smooth sailing! This amazing group of individuals made me feel like I was their ONLY client! All of my questions or concerns were swiftly addressed, and I was never made to feel incompetent with my many questions or forgetfulness. I thank Marcus for this. He understands that I required a bit more patience and assistance than most home buyers that he probably deals with. Marcus made sure that my team were all aware of my mental disabilities so that they were prepared to provide extra assistance whenever needed.
Once I closed on my new home, I was pleased to learn that I can still reach out to Marcus if I need help with something. Again shows how much he values his clients. I pray that my loan remains with Veterans United, because I don't want to lose Miracle Man Marcus (my new nickname for him😊).
Just as I thought that I had finally gotten all of my happy tears out, this morning I opened the package that arrived yesterday from VU. Inside were extremely thoughtful welcome home gifts from Marcus and the team. A couple of those items further proved to me that Marcus Cossgrove truly gets to know his clients!
