This was the smoothest , least difficult home loan process I have ever experienced. The home loan team at veterans United were professional, clear in their explanation of the process and prompt in their responses to any questions I had.

Very easy to work with and returned phonecalls promptly when I had questions

My loan came with several different degrees of difficulty. Sam and Dustin had to put in a lot of work and redo a lot of things because of different circumstances. Truly grateful to these guys for getting everything done for me.


The closing was tough
Confused by dates given between realtor and VU.
Also we were both literally unavailable and had to make concessions … no alternatives were given.
Remote notary went well.

Due to advances in technology, and their dedication to helping others, Veterans United makes it so much easier to buying a home. As the buyer all I had to do is provide the proper documentation, and the team did the rest of the work. I will forever be thankful and grateful for their assistance.


Mostly good just had some trouble with other agencies and keeping everything together communication wise.


Overall good i would recommend a smaller team so the veteran isn't overwhelmed
