The only issue I had was the VA appraiser unfortunately he did damage to the home without thought. If he had ripped up the carpet and put it back I could understand but to just damage the home without fixing it? In addition he did not report specifically what he wanted which resulted in confusion. He is required to be specific. He spoke as if I was getting government assistance rather than receiving something I paid for with a decade of my life. I would suggest you avoid using that appraiser
