The underwriters waiting until a couple of days before closing to get clarification on my pay types caused a lot of undue stress on my wife and me. Additionally, the day before closing and closing day were chaotic and we almost weren’t able to close. Ultimately our closing was delayed because the closer didn’t send documents in a timely, appropriate manner. Thankfully Sydney was able to get everything worked out with a delay.
Being first time home buyers, we were very pleasantly surprised at how easy our Veterans United team made the process. Stress and hassle free!
