Our loan team knocked it out the park! We cannot believe we’re homeowners. Thanks to their hard work, knowledge, and dedication they got us in our first home. Heidi is such a powerhouse as a loan officer and she never lost faith that she’d get us in our home. Her assistant Bryce was on the forefront handling all communication and taking everything head-on. Our real estate agent Helen Kizer was amazing and so great at negotiating a deal on our behalf. She talked us into seeing a home we weren’t interested in at first, and afterwards we knew it was where we were supposed to be. Thank you all! I was so nervous to buy a house because I was worried about being taken advantage of, but my team helped to ease those worries and I can’t thank them enough for all of the help they gave me. They were willing to work with my schedule that had extremely limited availability for phone calls, but everyone was incredibly patient, professional, and willing to work with me.
These folks were quite exemplary. Carmaker was helpful when I had need of her help. Carson Brown did most of the footwork along with myself and things couldn’t have gone smoother. To put it in perspective, we managed to close a V.A. Homeloan a week and a half earlier than expected! Great work!

Everything was fantastic. My only complaint is when they tried to sell me stuff for the house like home security. Aside from that, I really appreciated the level of communication and competence.
My experience with Veterans United was simply amazing. My loan officer Jake and my real estate agent Kristen were the perfect people to work with. Both of them had put so much time and effort to ensure a sucessful purchase and move into my new home. I was delightfully supprised when both Jake and Kristen went out of their way to accomadate me even though I was 4000+ miles away. Even when I was getting worried, Jake did everything he could to help ease my nerves and assure me that we were doing good. Kristen did so much to assure I would find a place to live as to even drive 3 hours across state to meet me t look at homes. The service and experience with Veteran United was so good that for any future home purchases I will make, I will use Veterans United home loans.
