We took a chance and put all of our faith in VU. In the beginning, I told Nick that I hoped that this company was the real deal because we did not have a Plan B. The whole process started with my childhood home being available but needing totally rehabbed. My mom owned it and would get it to the point where it was VA approved and then we would get the loan. Nick checked in on us during the whole process. I really feel like Nick took an interest in our project. I often wondered about his other clients as I feel we monopolized so much of his time. He gave suggestions as to when to order appraisal etc. The whole process seemed so smooth I felt the rug was going to be pulled out from under us. One day the text from Nick came that said we were cleared to close. We now own the house that I grew up in, something I never thought to dream of. Now I just wonder what is Nick doing with all of his time? I feel like I made a friend, I know he is off making someone else's dream come true. Sounds like a fairy tale doesn't it?

Some help going into the stupid small stuff about the portals on how to pay and who to pay for monthly mortgage would be amazing other than that small piece everything was great the people really dropped everything to assist me and answer my questions when I had them
