The thing that I admired the most about Veterans United was these ease of getting and completing paperwork.The majority of what needed to be documented was done before closing. Our part of the paperwork for closing took ten minutes as the buyer. The seller, on the hand, took twenty to thirty minutes to do their closing paperwork.

Over the 7 month process of purchasing my home almost everything that could go wrong did go wrong during the renovation and it was an extremely depressing and devastating time spiritually emotionally and physically. The team at Veterans United was the bright spot in the whole process. They listened they understood and they took action to help at every Point possible to make their side of the process Pleasant.
The little things to close on the house to me was very small and to me meaningless such as for me to paint a window to close. Other than that being a very small negative the communication was great! Being able to speak with Katie and Jacob whenever I had a question was a relief. They always kept me up to date on what I needed to get done and what was next for the closing process. Super friendly and always professional.
Everything was great accept for the website. Every time I returned to the site I had to say I forgot my password to log back in.

We received such personal attention every step of the way. We have moved many times and had many home loans and I can honestly say that working with Daniel and his team was like working with friends. They gave us such personal attention. Half way through the process we received a gift in the mail. It was such a pleasant surprise. After moving in and the process was all over we received another gift in the mail. It was so unexpected. I continue to get e-mails to assist me with setting up automatic withdrawal and keep up on line with my account. I really appreciate VU because again, not once did I feel like just another number / client for them. It felt like the entire team worked to ensure I was in the right home for me and wanted to make things as easy as possible. The transparency and patience everyone showed to answering all my questions. I couldn’t be happy with my entire experience and feel beyond fortunate because I have heard horror stories about other lenders. Again though, what stood out from the beginning was just the feeling of being wanted and that everyone was in this together.
