My experience with Veterns United was an exercise in professional expertise. Their on line program is easy to follow, and they are readily accessible to solve any and all problems, related to your move.

Veterans United took exceptional care of us from the very beginning of the process to they day we moved in. I would highly recommend them to any veteran that is looking to purchase a home.

The Veterans United website made it very easy to keep track of all of the things that we needed to do in order to get our loan processed I really appreciate the organization and the effort that was put into keeping us organized

My whole experience was very good, from initial to the end, the whole team contributed to my success. They have a help me, help you attitude and that proved to be successful. Thank you Veterans United Home Loans!!!

Easy & goof-proof, if you do what you are told. Follow instructions and everything works.

This is our second time going through Veterans United. There is not enough room to write in details how great of an experience we had once again. Our first time purchasing through Veterans United, they made it easy and reached out to us before we reached out to them if there was a concern or just an update and they did the same once again. This is our second go round purchasing through Veterans United and my wife and I received top of the line service. My wife loves Chick-Fil-A, and she always says no one can give better customer service than Chick-Fil-A, which is until Veterans United.... Kelly and Jaclyn were there every step of the way even when we had a million questions. If for some reason either Kelly or Jaclyn was out, they had a backup implemented to make sure the communication continued. Not once did we feel like we were a bother or left alone. We knew for sure that on the other end of the phone they were smiling and ready to lend a helping hand every single moment along the journey to make it easy. Everything, I mean from insurance to changing over the light bill and much more. The simple gestures provided through Kelly and her team went a long way. My kids know who Mrs. Kelly, and Mrs. Jaclyn are... As things change all around us, Veterans United stayed on top of things. As things change, we can honestly say that Veterans United was the one constant on this journey and for that we are humbly grateful for the service you extended to us. Truly an answer to prayer. Please do not hesitate when it comes to Veterans United.

Can't say anything bad about the company. All team members did a great job.

Our overall experience was a positive one finding everyone we dealt with personable, friendly, very helpful with our questions & concerns, & quick to return our calls.

This is my second time working with Veterans United and while buying a home can be very stressful at times VU helps walk you through each and every step. Not only do they help establish your loan but they also help by selecting a preferred realtor who can meet whatever needs you my have. I cannot think of one negative thing to say about my experience or VU in general.

Josh Kittle – Loan Officer
I had many questions about my loan estimate and later my closing disclosure. Josh Kittle appeared to be very annoyed at my questions and gave a great impression of despair whenever I call to ask question about things that I did not understand. I felt that Mr. Kittle would rather not have me as a client.Because of this, I sought counsel on a decision to have a new loan officer assigned. I finally decided against that decision due to the timing of my scheduled closing.Mr. Kittle was lackluster in providing me with the necessary information to close my loan. I resorted to other sources to get the information needed to close my loan. In other words, had I relied on Mr. Kittle’s efforts, I would not have closed.Jesse Edwards – Loan Specialist
Jesse Edwards was pleasant to work with however; I did not have much interaction with him. This is because many of the questions that I had, he cold not answer. This forced me to have to call Josh Kittle for 95% of the question and issues that needed to be resolved. Many times it appeared that Mr. Kittle was ignoring my call when he saw my name appear on his caller ID.Nina Eacker – Loan Coordinator
Nina Eacker appeared to be very unprepared when I spoke with her about issues that she was assigned to resolve. She was rude to me and to my Real Estate Agent. I stopped calling Ms. Eacker due to her rudeness and inability to answer my questions.Kandice Schultz – Appreciation Coordinator
Kandice Schultz was very pleasant to talk to. She was knowledgeable of her assigned duties and was very proactive in accomplishing her assigned tasks.Although I had the above experiences, I would still recommend Veteran’s United to other prospective homebuyers. I would just like to recommend that this team read the book “Raving Fans” by Ken Blanchard & Sheldon Bowles and apply the principles of customer service from that publication to future client engagements.

I bought a home with the VA once before, the experience of buying a home through Veterans United was seamless in comparison. I write this as I'm sitting in my new home, my daughter is sleeping in her room, and I'm wiping the tears from my eyes because I can not believe that this is real. I had very little hope that I would be able to buy a home, VU encouraged me to try and they made it happen. I am forever grateful.
