First American Title company was fully prepared the day of closing and the staff there was also very friendly and courteous. Overall this experience was flawless. I am crying tears of gratitude and joy as I type this message. My disabilities made this home buying experience overwhelming for me, both mentally and physically. However, with the guidance of Marcus Cossgrove and the amazing team that he selected for me (Tere'sa, Richmond, and my new Veterans United family), I truly feel like it was smooth sailing! This amazing group of individuals made me feel like I was their ONLY client! All of my questions or concerns were swiftly addressed, and I was never made to feel incompetent with my many questions or forgetfulness. I thank Marcus for this. He understands that I required a bit more patience and assistance than most home buyers that he probably deals with. Marcus made sure that my team were all aware of my mental disabilities so that they were prepared to provide extra assistance whenever needed.
