The entire process with Veteran's United was incredibly simple and fast. There were no questions about what was needed and when it was needed. Bryan Kay, the loan coordinator, was able to keep the work flow moving forward with little or no hiccups. It was a very smooth operation.
Veterans United was the perfect fit for us! They have a top-notch team that helped us along every step of the home buying process. Ryan, the loan officer was absolutely awesome. He answered all of the questions we had and never left us in the dark. He was always friendly and courteous and took the time to keep us posted on the process. The underwriters (who we never directly talked to) were fast and very efficient. I can't really believe how fast everything really went. Tammy our real estate agent, went above and beyond for us. It took us months to find the perfect house, and she stood by us the entire time. She was always a call or text away. She listened to all our wants and needs and never pushed us in any direction we didn't want to go. First American Title company was fully prepared the day of closing and the staff there was also very friendly and courteous. Overall this experience was flawless. We give them two thumbs up, an A++++ rating, and we would highly recommend Veterans United for all your one-stop shop home buying needs!

I've already started to tell everyone I know to call Veterans United, specifically Jake Force, if they are looking towards buying a home, whether it be now, or in the future. I let them know that they will get through the entire process without a hitch, if Jake is the first one they contact. Every single person on Jake's team is so welcoming and knowledgeable, I was actually pleasantly surprised, very grateful and relieved. I knew right away that I was in good hands. I knew I didn't have to worry about whether or not I was doing the right things, to reach my goal of buying a new home. Here's an example: Before calling Veteran's United, I paid a company to get some advice on what I needed to do to fix my credit. I didn't learn anything I didn't already know, but Jake and his team guided me through exactly what to do, and it didn't cost me a thing. That was the beginning of my journey towards buying my new home. Jake and his team stayed with me on my journey from that first step until the day, and even after, I closed on my beautiful new home. I don't see how anyone out there could have done a better job because it's hard to beat perfect, and I truly mean that.
Justin and Sara couldn't have been anymore helpful. When things where not going according to plan they kept pushing hard to help us into our home.
Overall, the home loan process was very smooth. The team Veterans United provided for me was professional, efficient, and effective. The only complaint I have is that the Veterans United VA loan rate page states that "a good credit score almost always means a lower rate". This was not accurate I have excellent credit and was given the highest current VA home loan rate. It was only later in the home buying process where I learned that if I wanted the lower advertised number I had to "Buy down" my rate. I recognize that many factors influence rates. However, the statement on the loan rate page is misleading.
