She always reached out to us, kept us motivated, and kept us progressing to our goal of being a homebuyer. Once we were qualified my home loan specialist Seth reached out to us within an hour of being qualified and even though he had engagements with his family and it was late he always took the time to answer our calls, kept us informed, and kept our loan and pre approval moving. He motivated his team and even though it was late on a Friday Lucas stepped in and together we were able to be pre approved that same day. Seth Wilmes, Lucas Hassemer, and Morgan Luster always was prompt to return calls and texts and always was kind, informative and dedicated to our loan needs. I can’t recommend Veterans United enough. Dalton and his team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. As a first-time homebuyer, the process could have been overwhelming, but they made it incredibly easy and, for the most part, stress-free.Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Anytime I had questions, they answered quickly and took the time to explain things in detail until I fully understood. They stayed on top of all the paperwork and deadlines, which made a huge difference.The biggest moment that really stood out was when we ran into an insurance issue close to closing. The original insurance company couldn’t provide the proper coverage, but Dalton’s team immediately stepped in and helped me find a new option quickly. While it pushed the closing date back a couple of days, everything worked out for the better because of their support and problem-solving.I would 100% recommend Veterans United and Dalton’s team specifically, to any veteran, especially first-time homebuyers. They made the entire experience smooth, professional, and genuinely positive. I’d give them a 10 out of 10 every time.
The only negative feedback I have is that loan processing officers should coordinate better with Holidays so that Title Companies will be able to process on time and not cause uneccesary delays. Other than that, they did a great job.
