I honestly can’t say I would have ever had a better first purchase if I didn’t have Seth, Jim, and Noelle in my corner. Each one of them brought something different to the experience in how they communicated and answered my questions. Be it the weekly check-in’s with Seth about progress or any concerns I might be having, Noelle tracking down utility information for me, or Jim walking me through his part of the process and explaining the closing requirements and steps we would be taking. Every part of this purchase has been extremely smooth and they were on top of everything. I can’t recommend this team enough for all of the work they put into making a dream purchase happen for me. Buying a home can be a nightmare, but with Veterens the process was simple and easy. We had one bump last minute but our loan officer took the lead it getting it all figured out before we could even feel it. My father in law said he couldn't sleep because of stress the night before signing, because of your team I slept like a baby.

Nick Holman and his entire team constantly went above and beyond for us! We had a very short closing period (that included three major holidays) and our closing was on time and super fast! Nick also attended our closing to help with any questions and to expedite the entire experience. The entire team was always on the same page, fast with responses to questions, and always so kind and helpful (even with our silly questions). They were always just a call, text, or email away. The software to upload all of our documents was also super user friendly and made it so easy on us to have everything turned in fast!
