While I felt underwriting was a bit nit picky at times. (I know they probably get that a lot, but really just doing their job) My overall experience was still good. Everyone did their part to get me to the closing table and for that I'm appreciative.

I learned of a property that might go for sale and just checked online for va loans to see about how much of a loan I could get to see if it was even possible. The Vetrans United one popped up and I put in my information. Within a day or two, I got a call from Josie and she told me how much i could get. I told her it would be a few months before I knew for sure. She told me to call back when I knew. Fast forward about 5 months and the seller was ready. The loan team said they could handle person to person sales without a realtor and that's what we did. A little over a month later and I just closed on my house. They made it very easy, and answered any questions I had quickly. I am very impressed with the job they did for me and would recommend them to anyone.
