I would not share my review because it is mostly negative. In the end, we got enough info to VU that they granted the loan thank goodness. Maybe I am an old grouch, but many of the requests for information were pure trivia with no apparent tie in to actual credit worthiness.

I just really want to commend the attentiveness of your staff. They were so helpful, and kind and did such a thorough job that we ran into no issues and closing was a breeze. They went and above and beyond to make the whole process painless and stress free. They even sent me a personalized congratulations gift once we closed on our new home and it just really shows the genuine interest and care they put into each family or individual they are hoping through the process of buying a home.


The lighthouse program is great to help people get approved, it would be cool though if they helped you reach the goal amount you want to get approved for instead of sending you back to the loan officer once you meet the minimum requirements for any approval.

Nah, yall know what you're doing and how to do it. It is my job to identify weaknesses in processes, procedures and operations and I have nothing to say here. Great job, thank you, next time I wont be so difficult but even with my limited schedule and availability, y'all did amazing or we wouldn't have crossed the finish line. Great job, thank you again.

We received such personal attention every step of the way. We have moved many times and had many home loans and I can honestly say that working with Daniel and his team was like working with friends. They gave us such personal attention. Half way through the process we received a gift in the mail. It was such a pleasant surprise. After moving in and the process was all over we received another gift in the mail. It was so unexpected. As a first-time home buyer with no real idea what was involved, the team took care of everything. I did not even have a single day of stress during the process. I was notified about everything I needed to take care of, and it was explained to me if I had any questions. The whole process from getting approval to closing on our house was incredibly easy. Working with Veterans United was such a positive experience and helped to put all of our worries as ease. Our Loan Officer was extremely informative and always positive when we spoke. She always went above and beyond to answer any questions we had. Even though we didn't need to, I still watched all of the videos on the VU website about the whole home buying process. I would definitely recommend watching those even if you've bought a house before! I can't imagine using a different loan company. An absolute 5 star experience!!
