Overall Veterans United was great, Jackson was super helpful, my wife and I have very busy schedules and Jackson was very accommodating to that and any question we had he always made time to explain it better. I began by reading the online reviews, leary of self preservation with false reviews. From the moment someone picked up the phone until closing they have been with me! The knowledge, professionalism and genuine customer service with this company is so very rare these days. When I received the clear to close it felt like I should have bought us all a 6 pack. That is how often and closely this team worked with me! You absolutely will not be disappointed!

There are some issues with VU systems timing out as I try to read the documents. Also the insurance piece was an annoyance. I was still shopping and VU for whatever reason auto closed it and put their own insurance in. In fact I got a text message this morning thanking me for choosing VU insurance. I also got a call yesterday saying I had to sign a statement that I had declined VU insurance. I informed the lady my loan had already closed, but send it to me and I'll sign it. Nothing ever came.

Veterans United was recommend to us by our daughter (Air National Guard) and son-in-law (Active duty Air Force) who had just recently purchased a home as well.
