Once we were qualified my home loan specialist Seth reached out to us within an hour of being qualified and even though he had engagements with his family and it was late he always took the time to answer our calls, kept us informed, and kept our loan and pre approval moving. He motivated his team and even though it was late on a Friday Lucas stepped in and together we were able to be pre approved that same day. Process was fairly easy, website is great! Getting docs to this team is as simple as it gets. Very efficient, communicative and great at getting on top of things. Had lots of questions after initial disclosures but Joel and Brenda handled things like champs. I'll use them again when rates fall enough for it to be worth it. Keep my mortgage guys it'll be worth it!
I looked into them over a year ago but they don't do construction loans. They continued to reach out and see if I was still interested. I thought the other mortgage company was going to be good but they started to act dumb, passing off issues to others in the company and didn't know how to do their job. Made the switch and it was not only easy but very transparent. If I had questions, they responded immediately and if they didn't have the answer they let me know but they also worked to get it. It was a small team but very efficient. Can't sing the praises enough.
