We would wholeheartedly recommend Veterans United! There are a few I would like to thank individually starting with Dylan Bailey, The one who reached out first. He continued to thrive not just monthly but every other week to make sure everything was going smooth, in not just guiding us in the right direction, But also had a caring and understanding heart during rough patches. He unknowingly gave us hope. He never gave up.
Also, you would like to thank Anthony Perrigo, he was just a perfect addition to the VU team for us. He made the process beyond relaxing and unnerving. Major kudos! His efforts were noticed. We could not have asked for a better team... You didn't just help get a home, you made an imprint on our hearts... Forever thankful!
Everything went smoothly and kept us informed

The process to buying a home is definitely a wild roller coaster. It had its up and its downs but with such an amazing team that worked close at hand with my realtor, not only did they get my family into our new home, but they helped me look for the cheapest and easiest route! This was an amazing journey and glad I stuck with Veterans United!
Great to work with. All questions answered in timely fashion. I would work with them again anytime.

Everything went well. Glad with the experience I had with this company.
If you're a first time home buyer, I would HIGHLY recommend Veterans United. Taylor and Natalie made the process so simple and the videos were super helpful! The VU website is user friendly. I was terrified of the home buying process and am now shocked at how simple it was...all thanks to my team :). Thank you Veterans United for changing our lives!
I cannot in good faith recommend Matt LaTorre if you’re a first time homebuyer. You really need to do your own independent research and not just trust one person will have your best interest in mind. I hope you use our experience as a cautionary tale. We got shammed on the interest rates. I highly recommend you shop around and don’t just go with veterans united. We were originally told we had great credit and we wouldn’t need to buy points. Our interest rate would be 5.99. We were excited and didn’t bother looking elsewhere for our mortgage. We thought they look out for veterans. Then 2 days later we put an offer on our house and we were told by Matt now our interest rate is 6.25 and we would have to pay for points to buy it down. So how was it lower 2 days prior and we were told we wouldn’t have to buy points. We felt trapped and deceived. When we saw rates go down we reached out to Matt and asked what it would be but we’re still told 6.25 or pay points. To make matters so much worse and absolutely soured our entire first time home buying experience we were told right as we had to lock in the final rate that it would be 6.35%. That’s far off from the 5.99% we were originally told. My wife couldn’t even sleep knowing how badly we got screwed over and it ruined our experience so much so we thought about throwing in the towel. It made us realize we will never use veterans united nor recommend it to anyone. We have been in our house a couple months and it still kills us that we got scammed into a higher rate. And every single time we see our mortgage payment we get annoyed we have a higher interest rate. Get yourself someone local you can look in the eyes and get a proper rate from. One that looks out for you, and assists especially if buying your first home. 0/10 do not recommend.
