
This experience was somewhat difficult due to multiple setbacks, which would have been fine except for a consistent lack of communication. If we had had more communication about the delays and what was causing the delays, the process could have possibly moved along faster. For example after many weeks waiting for an update, I finally got an answer that the team was having trouble getting information from the current mortgage company and that they had been trying for weeks. I was able to obtain the needed information within a few hours after being told what was being held up. Additionally it would have been helpful to have a list of things needed. For example I was told that once we got the appraisal done the paperwork would go to the under writer, then after I got the appraisal I was told we needed a wood infestation report. I had no problem scheduling it, but if we could have been given that information earlier I could have scheduled them for the same time so there were not weeks waiting in between. Just a more comprehensive to do list would have been helpful along with more communication.



Mallory Fuller (Loan Coordinator) was a superstar. She was absolutely the best in communicating with me, the builders, and escrow. She was always available to listen to my concerns and explained the process in detail that I could understand. In short, she is amazing and a wonderful asset to your company.
