It can be easy to be intimated by the process, but my team was with me along the way answering any and all questions, made the process very easy with the help of the portal system, and it will be that way for anyone and everyone who utilizes their business. I can't say I can give an actual review because I can't simply think of any criticisms to address. It was perfect. I can't think of any ways they can improve and neither will you. Supreme.

The experience was educational and some times frustrating and there were a few times I was ready to give up, but I was determined to succeed. I know that my loan team worked very hard to help me succeed and after a little while I was closing and given my keys. Thank you
The whole process was not comfortable. We went through 4 loan officers. We had to send multiple documents multiple times because the coordination was horrible between them. Our realtor couldn’t get ahold of anyone for over a week and finally did the Friday before we closed on Monday. When our realtor did get ahold of the last loan officer our closing date got moved because paperwork wasn’t ready. The loan officer was STILL asking for documents from us 3 days before closing. The whole process was drawn out, stressful and seemed very unreliable. I honestly thought something would happen to where we weren’t even going to close.
