I have had VA loans and commercial loans in the past and Veterans United out performed all of them by a mile. I loved the link where I could easily upload information and the face recognition option was fantastic! I would get updated information any day of the week and knowing someone was always available was a huge bonus. I can’t rave about my loan team enough. They were super responsive and knowledgeable. I was always warned that VA home loan is very hard to get and I will not even get one without blood and sweat. I was very reluctant to apply. After experience with couple banks and other loan, I gave it a try and I was surprised. The experience is far from what I expected, from the first step they make me feel like I am talking with a friend. They help me navigate through financial situations to get the pre approval within minutes. I have the pre approval letter the very next hour after I provided my information. Brandon reached out to me immediately after the pre approval letter was sent and check if I am happy with the result . He and his team follows up with me every steps of the process. And once I found the house, Megan steps in and she answered any questions within minutes. She explained the step and advise what I should do. I would not praise enough for this experience. This is my first time buying the house . I was nervous , especially after the experience I had with other lenders (I feel like I will never able to buy the house ), I am very happy with the help from Brandon and Megan. And also Deloris for her recommend service. One big plus with me beside my loan team is the Veterans United Home Loan website. It is very user friendly and very easy to follow. I love the to-do lists . Help me navigate of what document to provide/ what I am still missing. It’s so easy to upload the documents . I highly recommend VU to any veteran that need to buy a house.

the absolute worst home buying experience I have encountered. Casey Cowert misrepresented himself. Did not know he was a sr. Level Manager until I voiced concerned about the process and Jeff 2 weeks before my closing. Absolutely would never recommend you all to anyone .

Getting a new house is a big investment and I definitely felt the support in everything step of the way with Veteran United, every doubt or trouble they where always available to answer via phone or email. We really needed to downsize into a tiny and manageable home. And, as retirement was already here upon us, the lenders were not. Needless to say, we were greatly discouraged after getting shot down many times. Out of the blue, I contacted Veterans United Home Loans and Luke was right there with answers and an amazing team. Luke, Mykene & Janaire listened to us every step of the way, even in our most frustrated moments. It was MOST definitely the smoothest and streamlined process we EVER experienced in getting into a home, properly.
The process was tough and I imagine we were just the outlier and Murphy’s law kicked in. However things as far as personal relationships formed and maneuvering throughout the stress was amazing. Josh and his team did their absolute best no doubt. I HAVE TO SAY SHOUTOUT TO MEGAN for being the best.
