I'm 89 yrs and most people are condescending jerks when I inform them I don't have a computer don't have a printer and cannot "simply print sign and send back", my son helps me with online items. I'm in Florida and he is in Michigan... people need to meet customers where they are with computers and phones and stop making the assumption that everyone is as current as they are This experience hasn't been fun with people talking to me like I'm stupid,
