The only issue was a bit of redundancy in regards to my employment. Even after my manager sent my proof of employment. A last minute request from someone unbeknownst to me sent an email to my manager asking for another person to send my proof of employment. Very unnecessary in my eyes.

You all made this Loan process for my 91 year old dad and Korean War veteran not only seamless, but your caring and thoughtfulness along the way were so very much appreciated.
