Amazing team and wonderful people to work with when buying and selling a home. They even mailed us gifts for our two boys who are both under two and they love them! Veterans Home Loans is an organization and are personal, which is hard to come by in a time where businesses are quick to get you in the door, but treat you like another number once you sign the initial contract. Veterans United Home Loans is hands down the best home loan organization.
Lastly, our real estate agent, Steven Rapaport was phenomenal as a real estate agent and truly cares for the veterans. We appreciate his appreciation of veterans, his knowledge and flexibility. Steve should be referred to every veteran possible.

Other than our idiot first appraiser, the entire process went as smooth as we expected. The original appraiser was incompetent and a rip off.
Communication within my group at Veterans United was off. One person will tell me one thing and another person will tell me something else. It was hard to even get some people on the phone. Most of the time I was just lost and wanted clarification. The best people I dealt with there was Aaron Thomasson and he wasn’t even my loan officer. He is the reason why I didn’t score low.
I would not recommend Sarah to anyone else. She very rarely showed up to appointments. She never introduced herself to us when we arrived and was not completely honest with the condition of the home we bought. If i saw the home we bought in person, i would have never put an offer in on it. I am truly disappointed in this experience, but luckily i have the money to fix the issues at hand. This is one of the most disgusting homes i have ever seen and sarah made it seem like it was the greatest thing since slice bread
