Brett Metcalf and Stephanie were awesome! I have bought several homes and by far they were fantastic and I would go to them again at any point in the future. I give both Brett and Stephanie an A+ for all they did and their outstanding communication skills!
However, the underwriter was the most unprofessional underwriter I have ever worked with. The underwriter in fact will potentially receive a complaint from me to the following organizations: CFPB, NMLS and the governing state entities for what I believe are clear violations of going well beyond Federal guidelines for information requests and explanations.

It's hard for me to not come to tears when writing how I feel about my experience with Veterans United and their partners. About 15 feet away my daughter is sleeping soundly in her new room. The joy on her face since I was handed the keys to our new home has given me a relief I have not had in years. It's been a hard road from when I left the Army with severe PTSD and physical injuries. Highly recommended, especially for those of you like me, who have been working hard to reverse damage from past mistakes.

This is my first time working with Abigail and my second time working with Matt. When Matt reaches out to you, it’s not just as a provider/client relationship. He truly cares about what you’re going through in life and adjust it to help you to the best of his ability figure out a way to afford the house that you want to get into. Abigail was always timely in her responses and very easy to contact. She was a very nice individual every time that I communicated with her.I know there’s other options out there, but I will always go back to veterans United as long as Matt is still working there. And now I have a strong second reason to go back with Abigail.
