




This was by far the best and easiest home buying experience I’ve ever had. Everyone I worked with was friendly and helpful. They explained everything in plain terms and quickly answered questions if I had them.


The concierge service sold my information to a third party. I now receive at least 5 spam phone calls every day. I continuously had to send information to them for a house that was financed through, Veterans United. Do not try and contact anyone on Saturdays, they don't work while you are looking for homes.

We still can't believe we own a beautiful home all thanks to hard work and support from Veterans United. Veterans United is staffed by people who have a family oriented approach, and that is always a breath of fresh air. The day of the closing we even got a surprise gift from our finance officers team, we were amazed how thoughtful everyone was.



Tony did not make the home assumption easy. The emails were unprofessional and he didn’t address my questions unless I pushed for phone conversations which were difficult because of time difference. I would never recommend VU due to my experience.

This was our 2nd time using Veterans united and both times everything was so fast and smooth.

The VA app was great. So easy to check the to do list and submit the required information. Reviewing all the documents was also much more convenient with the app. The team was great to work with. Any of our questions or concerns were handled quickly. We are very satisfied with the process and how quickly we were able to get the loan and have the closing.

Our experience was easy and stress free from start to finish. We 100% recommend working with Veterans United.
