Our real estate agent, Liz Tracey, referred to us by Veteran's United was the most outstanding part of the team. She contacted us the same day we received the referral, and began searching out what we wanted. Moving out of state is tricky, but she did video tours with us before we got there and had appointments to view properties all lined up by the time we got there, and even when we left without finding what we wanted she continued to be in contact with us until we got just the right home for us. She helped us throughout the process, through some difficulties, and always treated us like friends and family. She even helped us find local contractors to make our new home totally ours. She is a Rock Star when it comes to real estate. She goes above and beyond what an agent normally does. We would recommend her to everyone!

I was so terrified as a first home buyer. Veterans United handled so much and made it so easy for me. I am a single mom of 3 so you can imagine the responsibilities. This process has been so amazing. I was always well informed . If I didn’t understand something I would call and my question would be answered quickly and truthfully. The to-do lists kept me very organized. I always knew what I needed to do and it was automatically crossed out once I completed the task. They sent me a welcome package, I won’t spoil it , and a get well package when I injured my shoulder and required surgery. I still have several to go but the fact that they were so thoughtful was truly warming. I am so glad I decided to go to Veterans United when I wanted to buy a house. They were so patient and kind through the whole process which did not take long at all. I’m thrilled with our new home and just know the years to come I still won’t regret this choice.
