This was my first and last refi, I have bought other properties, and not did the go get this pay off o we can see this or that. But the first person could see all payoffs. Would not even look addresses up to send payoff in. Denise heard my frustration and helped. All cost are max. Aprasial 600, closing. 7300. threw va. I will go conventional next time appraise 350 closing 2k.
If I ever do it again I will go threw my credit union.
