The whole team at Veterans United are the best! They were very accommodating and explained things to me, as well as keeping me abreast of any changes. They worked with me to solve the garnishment problem that I had and I am truly grateful. They also sent me a couple of beautiful gifts to put in my new home. From the real estate agent, to the underwriter, to the lawyer they were a cohesive, well informed team and they kept me in the loop. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to purchase a home.

Overall, I felt like most of the staff was friendly and meant well. But the loan agent seemed to be unorganized and more occupied with other important deals. If it had not been for my real estate agent, I would not have been able to buy my house. I was made to feel ignorant and bothersome when I asked my loan agent any questions. Outside of that, the FHA loan process with your company was extremely difficult and tedious compared to other companies that I had spoken to. I would not recommend your company to other home buyers due to the unnecessary extra steps you require buyers to go through.
