The overall process was not as terrifying as I had been expecting. It was educational because those that we worked with chose to keep us informed. We are still in shock about how quickly the closing process was. Mere days when again we had been expecting 30-45 days.

Daniel Perry and Joe Hooker were very professional and easy to work with. This was our first time financing a home, and these two guys answered a lot of questions from me and were glad to do so. I honestly can’t say I would have ever had a better first purchase if I didn’t have Seth, Jim, and Noelle in my corner. Each one of them brought something different to the experience in how they communicated and answered my questions. Be it the weekly check-in’s with Seth about progress or any concerns I might be having, Noelle tracking down utility information for me, or Jim walking me through his part of the process and explaining the closing requirements and steps we would be taking. Buying a home can be a nightmare, but with Veterens the process was simple and easy. We had one bump last minute but our loan officer took the lead it getting it all figured out before we could even feel it. My father in law said he couldn't sleep because of stress the night before signing, because of your team I slept like a baby.
My Loan Officers were Johnny Mitchell and Amy Zager. They were always so informative and polite, and they were so easy to talk to. I always felt comfortable talking to them, and even more comfortable about the process after we spoke! In my opinion, they are some of the best at what they do.
