To be quite honest, the process of buying a home; particularly for the first time was very stressful. However, Veteran's United referred us to a realtor in the area we were looking for and this woman became a part of our family, working tirelessly to get us into our first home.
The staff at Veteran's United were so understanding and helpful throughout the whole loan approval process that it really took some of the weight off our shoulders. I could literally write an essay describing how much these amazing people went above and beyond to help us through this process. I would not hesitate to recommend these folks to anyone looking for a home loan. Truly a class act.
The appraisal process was the only slow down, recommend getting this going asap.
Great people to work with.

Great experience. Dont be aftaid to ask questions. In the end, you are the customer.
I recently purchased a home in Idaho, moved from Oregon. Veterans United kept me updated at all times as to how everything was going and if I had a question, they had the answers. The purchase was virtually flawless, even for buying a home for the first time in my life. From start to finish, on a scale of 1-100, I would give it 150%.
Veterans United provided a very smooth and pleasant experience for our first home purchase. I will definitely recommend Veterans United to all my friends as I can say I truly enjoyed the entire process!
I couldn't have expected any better service then we received throughout our mortgage process.
The VA Home loan process may be a bit slow moving overall, but that has nothing to do with my loan specialist Jeremy, he responded well and answered all my questions
Great experience. I will work with this company in the future.
This process took 9+ months. Stay on top of every detail, learn to scan and e-send documents. Get an overnight UPS (or similar) account, and get a land-line and a fax machine. Yes, I would recommend Brennan and United Veterans. Just prepare yourself for 4+ inches of paperwork that is required.
Resourceful! I was never left alone during the whole process, and everyone worked together to achieve the same outcome! Great experience, would recommend to others!
I've purchased two homes through VU. They solved issues before we knew they existed. Everything happened when it was supposed to happen.I couldn't recommend them more highly. They live the old NVO adage, "Make it happen."
Veterans United was the best thing I could have found while researching for a home loan provider. They were able to lock us into a great rate once we found the home we wanted to purchase. I would definitely recommend them to others who are seeking to purchase a home. All of the personnel we came in contact with were very pleasant, encouraging, and attentive to our concerns.
For VA loans, should get ducks in a row for what is needed up front, so it doesnt take a week after the initial closing date to sign, and even the day of, should not be fighting to get somewhere. Spent 4 to 5 hours after majority of the costs required to bring to the table(of which i was informed i would be getting small portion of it back weeks prior, and 1 day prior to close told i must bring 1700 to day of closing) to an amount that was decent. Should never have to fight this much, and should have more notice on things rather than day prior to. This was bs, and the ball was dropped on your alls part. I will not go through you all ever again. I will refinance and go through MY bank next year
Professional and prompt with all aspects of the process.
