What a great group to work with. Everyone did their best in their department to push the process so it goes by quick and smooth. I can’t say enough good things about Kimberly, Carrie, and Crystal! Ladies, queens, saints. Without my husband to explain every detail I had to rely on them to help me get it all together. Everyone was kind, patient, and very understanding and everyone worked together to make sure every piece of paperwork got filed or turned in quickly and swiftly. Thank you a million times over for everything!
Everything went really smoothly. Considering it took almost 3 years to find a house, but everyone hung in there with me through all my location changes. Overall, they made everything as easy as it could be.
Although I am somewhat computer illiterate I soon discovered both Melody and Danny were overly patient and more than willing to walk me through the stack of paperwork. My thanks and heartfelt appreciation goes out to the both of them. They certainly made the home buying experiences much more pleasurable than I expected.
