When we were first looking into purchasing a home we had used a loan officer our realtor recommended. It was awful she made us feel like we weren’t going to be able to purchase a home, her communication and response time was so slow. After working with her a few days and not being happy, we did some research and decided to talk to Veterans United. I am so glad we made the switch. After applying and talking with our loan officer John we knew we made the right choice. He was great at explaining everything and made us feel so comfortable.
