Melissa, the transaction coordinator, was on the ball. I was impressed with her work throughout the entire process. Seems rare these days to find that hard-working employee dedicated to the customers end goal exist, and Melissa is one of them.
The experience went well except for the fact that they kept trying to get every bank transaction which was more than I was willing to divulge, even with a 770 score.
The home buying process was incredibly smooth. VU takes the drivers seat and you pretty much just let them do their thing. They made an overwhelming process easy. They have a great staff who has excellent customer service and they work really hard to accommodate your housing needs.
I can't say enough great things about my experience with Veterans United. From beginning to end, the communicate and professionalism were awesome. Thank you to my entire Veterans United team. Job well done!
