My experience with Veterans United has been positive from the beginning! When I decided to buy a home (and this is a first for me) I thought the process would be long and tedious, but I was wrong! Everything happened so fast; I was amazed! Living in one state and buying a house in another was crazy (and my friends thought I was crazy. too), but VU pulled it off like magicians! I thank God for the people involved in my home buying process!
My team was great and got ahold of me when they needed and answered my questions thoroughly.

Brandon Vair is the 10-plus in our book. Not only did he answer our lengthy questions, but he politely and kindly put our minds at ease for this life-commitment to a home!! I would wholeheartedly recommend him for any "stage of life" person buying a home. To say the least, this was a most complex Loan Application and he was a fine teacher!! He is educated, patient, kind and enthusiastic. It was an absolute pleasure to have him in our corner at this late stage of closing documents. Brandon, thank you so very much!!! Everyone was so pleasant to work with. They asked for documents, I didn't hesitate and got them what they needed. We closed on our home very quickly and easily. All of my questions were answered and they made the process so very easy. Still don't want to buy another home any time soon, but will definitely use Veterans United Home Loans again!
Communication between underwriters and loan officers seem poor.
Underwriters seem to require arbitrary documentation.

From start to close the team that was assigned to me was very patient and encouraging and always understood the situation that I was in with my wife in the end it was 10 out of 10 would recommend and use again for another loan
I honestly thought going in to this it would be over whelming but our lean team was amazing and helped us through every step. If you need a little extra help getting credit where it needs to be they will help you figure out what to do.
