He was outstanding! Evan truly went above and beyond to make sure we understood our options and felt comfortable with the decisions being made. He even took on roles outside his job description and went to bat for us by speaking to other parties involved on our behalf. Richard, our loan coordinator, was equally outstanding. He was organized, responsive, and kept everything moving smoothly behind the scenes. Anytime my wife and I had a question or needed clarification, Richard responded quickly and with clear guidance.
