Highly qualified, and professional
Communication is a very important part of the entire process and I always felt like I was in the know. From updates to where I stood in the loan process, there was always an open channel of communication.
I had to haggle for a better rate. For some reason they needed other offers before they could give us something remotely decent on an interest rate. Will not use veterans united again because of that.
