Communication is a very important part of the entire process and I always felt like I was in the know. From updates to where I stood in the loan process, there was always an open channel of communication.
I have been trying to use my VA Home Loan multiple times and failed to follow through to completion multiple times but this did not deter or weaken Veterans United resolve on assisting me with finding a home.
