Outstanding experience from start to finish
I'm not easily impressed; I was impressed with VU. I've personally purchased several properties requiring mortgages as well as working with mortgage companies with my real estate clients (I was a realtor) over the years. VU superseded all those companies with their excellent customer service. I would recommend any veteran looking to buy property contact VU. They even have resources in place to help those with the desire to purchase, but aren't quite ready yet, due to credit issues. You can expect to experience a smooth transaction. VU is the best.
VU has a great team with dedicated professional who worked day and night to get our loan approved and funded within 10 days.

Jackson and his team were amazing throughout the complete process. From day one, Jackson explained everything in detail and set the expectations. He would reach out and update me during the process and he was easily reachable for any questions or concerns. Phoebe reached out day one as well and went over the resources available and stayed in contact with me and repeatedly checked in with me to make sure I didn't need any additional resources or support. Amanda made sure to quickly update me if there were any additional paperwork I needed to submit. It was a pleasure to have them assist me during the homebuying process.
