Nikki Cravens‑Howard Was the only person I had an issue with, she was distant and I constantly felt as if I was a bother when dealing with her. She did not respond when needed and passed me off to others again making me feel as though I were not important enough to deal with. Every other team member I dealt with were a 10+.
I found the home buying experience with Veterans United to be very simple. When I had questions they were answered immediately. The market for the home that I purchased was very competitive and required prompt action to make it happen. They were right here every step of the way. I also found their interest rates to be competitive.

Those concerned about the time frames of a VA loan need not to worry. I know experiences may vary, but my entire process; from getting my pre-approval was 35 days.
