You can't go wrong with VU.

I don’t feel that I was actually listened to when I called to enquirer about a home loan. It was more like they just wanted to get me in the pipeline. This is not the first time I have acquired a mortgage through VU. The first experience was the excellent; this time, not so much.

Being stationed overseas during my entire home buying process was a bit tough. Waking up early or staying up late just to synch with the time zones state side was a hassle. However, the VA home Loan team, and my Realtor were always more than understanding and went the extra mile to work a little later and to match my schedule so it wouldn’t be as bad.
