I spoke with 2 other companies before Veterans United. The first 2 companies couldn't care less if i was approved or not, but the team at Veterans United were invested in every step of the process. Their process makes it extremely clear on what you need to work through the buying process even if you are a first time buyer like we were. Veterans United is the reason I own a home now.

I can't really say if I would or wouldn't recommend to others. If you know what you're doing in the home buying process it's probably much more helpful and fine enough. As a first time buyer I largely felt unsure and then ridiculed any time I asked questions or had worries. It was very turbulent and uneasy on my end.

Can’t speak highly enough of Kody and his entire service team. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and accessible from pre approval through closing. Start to finish in 5 weeks! This is my 3rd time working with Veterans United and if needed will 100% use again.
When I did my loan in Florida with Brad Tweedy it was a 10/10 experience. Couldn't wait to work with veterans United again. My loan experience with Ian Reed, my wife and I did all the leg work and Ian was always unavailable for questions or took days to get back to us. Thank God for his assistant Alyssa who worked her ass off. This was a horrible experience this time around.
