Too many points of contact and seemingly “random” people jumping in during the middle of the closing period. Confusing who is what and what is who. Over half a dozen different ways I had to prove employment even though you asked for my tax returns which showed I was employed. Multiple pay stubs, multiple written explanations. It all seemed very redundant and or there was a communication break down somewhere. Overall not a bad experience but there were frustrating points here and there.

This process with Veterans United was so amazingly simple. Craig and Curtis helped and took care of everything along the way. Any questions i had or doubts were answered and taken care of immediately! The team I had behind me was incredible! I truly appreciate everyone involved in my process of purchasing a home! I can’t thank them enough for their amazing support and willingness to assist in whatever they could!

Aaron and his team were absolutely fantastic. In the future, when I purchase my next home, I will be going through Veterans United. The process was smooth, quick, and transparent. I understood all aspects of the process and was kept informed at all times.
Overall the process with Veterans United was good, I feel it would be beneficial to have better communication from the Loan team via phone calls vs text messages. I would go through Veterans United again for sure.

The process was a bit overwhelming to me but Jeremy was very responsive to any questions I had. Even before I found a house he was giving me suggestions to ensure my process would be smooth. Being able to utilize the App for immediate uploading of documents and photos was great. There was alot of follow up with his entire loan team so I was never at any point feel like I did not know what was going on. Jeremy was extremely patient with my questions. i had an overall great experience with Veteran’s United as a whole. I now have my forever home!
