Jason, the loan officer, made the VA loan process smooth and easy to understand, answering all my questions and keeping everything on track.Rae, Jason’s assistant, was very helpful, organized, and quick to respond whenever documents or updates were needed. Sierra, the coordinator, kept everything moving seamlessly and made sure nothing fell through the cracks.Overall, the entire team did an excellent job. They worked well together, communicated clearly, and made the home-buying process as stress-Free as possible
Overall a good experience, however the inspection on my home ended up not being done well.
If there was a number 11 for overall rating, you would of received it!! Neal and Aaron were always available and very knowledgeable. We have already started spreading the word about the great services from Veteran United.
