The process was very smooth and without any problems.
VU had a very personalized and local approach to our home loan. They know the area well and are familiar with the laws and policies that a larger lender might miss. Their website and documentation system is very simple. We were informed every step of the way.
I would not recommend using Veterans United because throughout the home buying process it was hard to get ahold of my team. On most occassions i would call and leave a message and wouldnt hear back for days, if at all.
Besides the communication difficulty i thought Wes Dyer and Dylan were great. They are polite and very helpful. I wasnt a fan of Brandon, He was kinda rude, made a number of mistakes, and from my persepective, just didnt seem to care about me.
Brian was great ! Definitely looked out for my best interests! His support staff also very pleasant to work with ✅

All of the staff associated with my loan process were excellent. The concierge services was a plus the loan agent and staff were prompt and quick to answer any concerns that I had. The easy to use app worked great for me to load documents or receive documents that I needed to sign. The to-do list within the app let me know exactly where I was in the process so I had a little questions. Overall, a very good experience with everyone I came in contact with including personal that might have been filling in for someone out that day. If I choose to buy another home. I will most definitely use veterans unit again.
To Mike and his team, it has been said that one of the reasons people don't write thank you notes more often (among other things) is that they don't feel they can find the right words to express their appreciation. I just don't know where to begin, but I guess I can start with a thank you. Thank you for all the hard work and dedication.
