She was very organized, knowledgable, patient with those of us that are not so great with the computers! and she would always take the time to explain and coach us through the process! We couldn't have done it without her help! No matter our questions, there was always a team member there to assist! Even the title company and Nataly were fantastic. Very good at their jobs!
