Overall I am satisfied with Veterans United. Not only are they familiar with the VA loan process. they can also help you find insurance, home security, and put you in contact with utility companies. They really are a one stop shop when purchasing your home.
Veterans United has to be one of the best things that could happen for veterans! They are extremely knowledgeable and helped me to ensure that I was taken cared of from start to end. Their customer service is impeccable and I highly recommend Tony Stephenson and his team of professionals! They were amazing to help me and my family to secure our forever home!

Overall, very simple and easy process. The loan team made the effort to make sure the process went smooth, could not have gone any better!
All and all great experience. Improvements would be answering questions quicker. One negative thing we experienced was having a very important question ignored for sometime, we had to keep inquiring about said question and im not sure it ever got answered.
Happy to have finished the purchase of my house. Looking forward to a new beginning in the new house. Just think that all parties on the same page working towards a common goal of helping a new home purchaser be as comfortable as possible from start to finish.
