Our loan officer and loan team was at all times available to deal with questions and answer them sincerely and candidly which helped a lot in terms of achieving our goal of picking up our home. We talked strategies which helped immensely. They extracted for us the maximum possible deal and credits. The whole transaction was quite smooth and effective considering the repeat business. Overall a very smooth process. The website and platform used to communicate tasks and share documents makes the chore not so much a chore. Very easy to navigate through the various steps. Communication was very good and the entire team was responsive. We knew where we were in the process at all times and questions were answered very quickly.
