The transition into our new home was smooth. They were very forthcoming at every stage of the home buying process. This made for a more relaxed atmosphere. Buying a home can naturally be stressful. Veterans United helped alleviate much of that unnecessary stress. This is a great company surrounded by great staff.

VU. Did a great Job getting me in a new house in a great neighborhood. And they reached out to me with everything I need to get started. They did a great job.
Very poor experience. Made this home purchase way more of a headache then it needed to be. Poor communication, lack of response or urgency and no ownership in their mistakes and tried to blame their errors on someone else.
