Ryan, Annie, Adam, and Maria were great. Anytime I had a question they were quick to answer. They made this process easy and less stressful. I appreciated how they remembered things I said and sent a personable gift right before closing. I also enjoyed laughing every time Annie and I were able to speak things happening into existence just by one of us asking if we could get a hold of someone. A+ team. Would definitely recommend them.
With the digital upload and signing of documents, the whole process was very stream-lined and easy to maneuver. Every step was laid out and I didn't have to wonder what was next. Very well organized. Time management was excellent in going through the process. I understand, I too had to do my part getting my documents and I was well informed. I would definitely recommend Veterans United to everyone interested in purchasing a home.
Getting out of bankruptcy was very stressful as I needed to find a house and many lenders were giving me the runaround. When I contacted veterans United, my loan officer helped me so much. We were able to close sooner than 30 days and I did not have to pay anything for closing. The paperwork were very easy and my entire closing process at closing was about no more than 30 minutes.
Not what I'm typically used to and home buying as my two previous properties I paid cash but the team was very informative and always checking up to inform me of the process and progress and the app and their to-do list were easy to follow
