Every step of the way I felt taken care of. It was a very stressful experience, and Dan and his team did a great job of guiding me through the process. I appreciated the visual "to-do" list so I knew exactly what information I needed to provide.

Way too many points of contact...not good follow thru nor follow up. Several documents were faxed to my team from my bank and my financial advisor that no one seemed to locate.
