My experience turned out great with veterans united . The process was quick and easy. Less then a week I was approve for a loan. I received a discount and paid very little for my closing cost. They find you an agent to work with you. They even sent the do's list to complete. This help you get your home setup. I really enjoyed working with them. They was very helpful and did an outstanding job.

You can't go wrong with VUHL. I initially (and mistakenly) contacted one of their competitors and they claimed to help veterans but made me feel like another number and even disapproved our initial application. On the other hand, VUHL, with the exact same application quickly approved us and we were able to shop for our home within a few days. The overall process was smooth and very easy thanks to their on-line checklist. You can know at a glance what your status is at all times. Great design feature really keeps things on track. We just closed on our home and looking back, we have zero complaints - they are fantastic!
VU is definitely the way to go if your a vet and looking for a house.

The pre-approval came back quickly but the remaining process is painfully slow and repetitive...meaning they ask for the same paperwork that I'd sent several times. Not very professional.If you feel desperate and have time to waste and lose, to with them
