So we went through two different houses with Jack and he was really responsive and attentive at first but on our second house he wouldn’t answer our calls but only reply to emails. Seems like a very nice guy but needs to step up on his game with customer communication and so does Ryan who also worked with us.
I cannot speak highly enough about the entire team. As ready as we were to close, it was disappointing to have to say good bye to them.

Veterans united and the Real Estate Agent were fantastic I only had a problem with the Title Company. Sierra title dropped the ball twice by not asking for a Land Survey in a timely fashion and didn't obtain all of the seller documents on time. This caused my closing to delay and cist me an additional $2,000.
I would recommend including in your portfolio representatives who can sell mobile homes without land. Especially in Minnesota, this is a different type of agent.
