The only problem we had was last minute the underwriter asked about an address I had 6 years prior while in the military when they only requested the last 3 years on the application…it only moved our closing date back by one day but it was still a hassle. Otherwise Ben and Caytlin were awesome!
The home buying process is not for the weak. My husband and I have rented for several years after our retirement from the military. Finally we were ready to settle in on a place we could call home. Kaleb and his team took a beating each time we got off the phone or sent an email we have more questions, nevertheless team Kaleb was right there.
