Prompt, courteous and professional people who make you feel there with you every step of the way and in your corner. Even with all my questions or concerns VU sincerely answered all of them and assured me all aspects for the best loan was being done. For m y first VA experience I'm very proud to have had VU on my side.
My experience with VU overall was very positive on every end. Shawn and Selina were helpful and made the process pleasant. The issues that were challenging was on the realtor end, and if it wasn't for Shawn and Selina we don't know how we could have made it to closing day.

Overall, a 10! The only thing I would suggest is to make sure that the final closing documents are finalized before the moment of closing! That was extremely annoying! Show up expecting to pay one thing and all of the sudden; nope you must pay this! Also, please fix the issue about having to constantly having to get the DocuSign reset. Every time my Loan team would send me something it would say that my session had timed out and to reverify. Well there is no place or link to do that!
Honestly working with Veterans United was the best decision I’ve made! I am truly grateful for all their support, patience, and their work ethics that they had put during the whole process! I would definitely recommend!
