I gave it a 9 because when I became eligible for the IRRRL, Veterans United didn’t contact me until another company requested my loan balance. That’s when they were willing to match their offer.
Overall, a 10! The only thing I would suggest is to make sure that the final closing documents are finalized before the moment of closing! That was extremely annoying! Show up expecting to pay one thing and all of the sudden; nope you must pay this! Also, please fix the issue about having to constantly having to get the DocuSign reset. Every time my Loan team would send me something it would say that my session had timed out and to reverify. Well there is no place or link to do that!
Josh J. and the team were all amazing. They made getting the home so easy and quick. Josh was always available for questions and quick with answers.

Hunter was absolutely beyond exceptional. I had a million questions along my 6 month process of looking into buying a property. He was extremely patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. If he didn’t have an answer he was honest and looked into it for me. I would absolutely recommend working with him if you ever have the chance. Hunter is the sole reason I stuck with veterans united during the process.

The entire team at Veterans United was incredible to work with. They were all very efficient, professional, and most importantly very kind. Rob Dycus and Erin Craig were both quick to respond to our questions and kept us informed regarding the loan process and on what was needed during each step along the way.
