This was the worst home buying experience ive had in my 53 years. There were not stop issues and poor customer service. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this group.

Veterans United worked with me throughout the entire process of the loan. Their folks are on it! Everything was done online, when I had a question during the process I'd simply call or text my representative (Rob). They really made this experience a piece of Cake!

Overall, a 10! The only thing I would suggest is to make sure that the final closing documents are finalized before the moment of closing! That was extremely annoying! Show up expecting to pay one thing and all of the sudden; nope you must pay this! Also, please fix the issue about having to constantly having to get the DocuSign reset. Every time my Loan team would send me something it would say that my session had timed out and to reverify. Well there is no place or link to do that!
Felicia, Jennifer, Tyler & Chris were all a pleasure to work with. NOT ONE of them made me feel like I or my questions were not important or that I was interrupting them.
I would recommend Veterans United / Enterprise to anyone who asks.

Working on a time crunch due to my current home being sold Nick and Jake really stepped up to the plate and got me closed in another home in record time. This is the 3rd time I've used Veterans United. They are fast, professional and go out of their way to assist you during your home buying process. During the process, my mother-in-law passed away. The San Antonio office sent flowers and a card to my wife, offering their condolences. Joseph, my loan officer also made himself available over weekends when I had questions. During the process, he was on vacation, Miguel was able to step in seamlessly to assist with an issue with the closing costs that the title company was trying to make me pay, and got the issue resolved. Hands down, the best place for veterans to get through the home buying process.
Our loan officer, Matt Istwan, was awesome. He went over & beyond all expectations we had. Matt was always professional, courteous, and knowledgeable during the entire process. I can't thank Matt enough for his help with financing our home, he made such a difference during a very stressful home search.
