Bric responded quickly to my questions and very helpful in answering my questions and easy to work with. There were lots of forms and requirements to meet but we were able to move up the closing date and they put out a good effort to get it done. I would recommend them as they were right on top of anything that came up.
My late wife always bought the homes, I just signed when I was told. I had no clue what all was involved. I’m sure I had a lot of questions that could be trying to the team, but they were very professional courteous and helped someone who’s never done this before through the process and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. If I ever need another home, I will go with Veterans united hands-down anytime..
Overall, a 10! The only thing I would suggest is to make sure that the final closing documents are finalized before the moment of closing! That was extremely annoying! Show up expecting to pay one thing and all of the sudden; nope you must pay this! Also, please fix the issue about having to constantly having to get the DocuSign reset. Every time my Loan team would send me something it would say that my session had timed out and to reverify. Well there is no place or link to do that!
This is our second house we have bought with Spencer and his team. His excellent customer service, continued professional, and level of knowledge is second to none. It is not worth rate shopping with other companies as I know I will always get the best experience with Spencer. We will continue to use him and his team in the future.
