Suzie was fantastic from start to finish, she did everything she said she would do from day1and then some. We have a terrific interest rate as industry bench marks go. All of our questions were answered fast & efficiently. I’m so glad that Suzie was our loan officer she assisted us with our decision to put more money down to buy our interest rate down and reduce the VA fees we have a great interest rate and more than affordable mortgage payment. Overall, a 10! The only thing I would suggest is to make sure that the final closing documents are finalized before the moment of closing! That was extremely annoying! Show up expecting to pay one thing and all of the sudden; nope you must pay this! Also, please fix the issue about having to constantly having to get the DocuSign reset. Every time my Loan team would send me something it would say that my session had timed out and to reverify. Well there is no place or link to do that!
Working with Derek Russell was effortless. He understands all the moving parts and kept us informed as to where we were in the process. His knowledge of the VA Home buying and Refinancing is expansive. We highly recommend.
