No surprises! Great communication throughout the process.

Veterans United was able to help me untangle a very difficult financial issue caused by my service connected injuries. I was not able to find anyone who could help me. Veterans United was the only one who knew how to help. Attorneys, real estate professionals, banks all told me I could forget about owning a home for a least three years. Veterans United understood the nuances of my case, and my loan officer Chet Kent knew how to help. Veterans United had online classes that explained every step of the process. What was not covered in the online lessons my loan officer explained to me thoroughly. Without Veterans United my wife and I would not be in our dream home. Thanks to Veterans United and Chet Kent our dream came true.

Very quick and helpful. Always had answers for all my questions. They made it a very easy process.

My team at Veterans United are amazing! Karol, Amanda, and Kelsey made me feel like family and put me at ease from day one. This is my second home I have ever purchased and they made it an easy and streamlined process from the very first hello how are you. The dedication and personal communication that I received from this team is unparalleled from anything I have ever experienced. I cannot speak highly enough about this group, and all of my family and friends know how awesome you guys are!

If I had a chance I’d invite the whole team over for a drink on the house!

It would be better if I had on time closing, but overall it’s a nice company

Chris Campbell ensured that I understood every step and all details of the process. If I ever needed anything or had questions, he and the rest of the team responded quickly. Thank you, Chris, Edgar, Cole, and Robin!

I would totally recommend Veteran's United. Tim and his team did such an excellent job!

Overall, the process was fast. The team was great. All of the Criticisms had to do with the underwriters. I wish the underwriters kept track of what had already been asked for so that I'm not sending the same documents more than once. It also felt rushed towards the end, and I was left with closing costs that I didn't have enough time to prepare for with so many extra expenses I had in my budget. Next time, you could let the buyer know upfront that if they're in an apartment that the cost to break their lease will be paid in full on closing day and not wait until the day before to break the news. Other than that, my experience with the loan officer Andy miller and the loan coordinator Erin was a positive one.

We located a home closed & occupied our new place in 6 short weeks after traveling from Arizona. Like lightning.

Thank you to Stacy for being so helpful to us!

Quick, easy and professional!

Veterans United made our first home buying experience simple during one of the craziest times in our lives. Between living in one state and buying in another, driving across the country, and my husband and I being separated by deployment right before closing on the house, our loan officer Devin McCall did absolutely everything he could to keep us happy and successful in our home buying journey. We were in a big hurry to get everything done, and it was nice to have such aggressive support from our loan company. If you use this company, request Devin!

Great team over there.

Yes, they did a great job very professional.
