The entire process was very easy to complete. The electronic documents are easy to complete and the VU team responded very quickly to my questions throughout the loan process. I always felt like the process was moving forward and I knew the status of my loan process. Overall very satisfied with everyone I spoke with and emailed. VU was exceptional and their concierge service was definitely a game changer which helped to make not only the home buying experience smooth, but our transition from one home to another home and one state to another state as stress free as possible. If you are a veteran I recommend putting them to the test; you will not be disappointed.
