It got a bit worrying at one point. The one suggestion I would make is you need to warn buyers that an appraisal by the VA that comes in under the asking price of the house can be a deal breaker, unless the seller drops his or her price, the appeal process works, or they pay the difference. It is especially important in a hot housing market, where the asking price can be so much higher than the actual value. It worked out for us, but it would have been nice to know about that particular landmine before we stepped on it. Other than that one hiccup, the entire process was as smooth as silk.


She was very very helpful with everything. Even when I got confused and frustrated during certain moments through the process. She kept me reassured through it all.
