Overall the picture to closing was amply laid out by the team at Veterans United. At times I felt I could be doing more but my team had it already completed.
From the first minute we picked up the phone and spoke with Bill, it just felt so organic. I feel like the team went above and beyond for my husband and me. Third home I have purchased using Mr. Pitts at Veterans United. Due to an unusual circumstance with a seller backing out of a contract with 7 days left before close of escrow, we had to find another home asap. Mr. Pitts and team worked hard and fast to close on another home before we had to vacate our old home we had already sold. Enough cannot be said about Mr. Pitts and team.
There is no way I could have done this on my own and other loan companies made the process seem daunting and overly complex.
