Ross Mclanahan and Anna Lower and Justin Sutton were the ones we dealt with during the process of getting our home. Anna has taught us some very important lessons on how to build and maintain our credit score that we will be continuing for the long term, she made it so easy even a caveman could do it and she was wonderful through the entire process. Ross will shoot it to you straight from the get go and keep you on a steady line to success. He has been our rock during this process and we have relied on him heavily and we truly appreciate everything he has done to get us into our home. Both Ross and Anna are impeccable people both very professional and equally personable with their clients and I could not have hand picked better people for us to have. Justin has been wonderful also, we did not have as much time with him as we did Anna and Ross but if you have a question he will do whatever he needs to do to get you the answer and he almost always answers your call on the first ring. The entire process with Veteran's United was incredibly simple and fast. There were no questions about what was needed and when it was needed. Bryan Kay, the loan coordinator, was able to keep the work flow moving forward with little or no hiccups. It was a very smooth operation.
This VA Home Loan process went well with great support and I can't say how happy that I am in my new home. Doug kept me posted on all aspects of this process on a daily basis. He was available to help me whenever I needed answers.
