Every day a team associate checked to see if I was on task with understanding the information that I was to provide and when necessary they stepped in to assist.

once again VU was great but not so much the title company. we were told our disbursement would be direct deposit. we gave them that info then find out it was mailed . as I work for the USPS that is 4 to 5 days when everything is working right. since we had two truck break downs we will be lucky to get the check by the 13th or 14th. now I know they had no control over that but still. let them know we won't use them again.
The process was simple and efficient. My team provided excellent help and understanding. They were quick to respond to any question or concern I had.
