Everyone associated with our loan process was absolutely wonderful! Alex Horn was our main guy and he explained everything about the process and answered all of our questions. He made himself available to us even on weekends and after hours.( don’t worry we didn’t abuse the privilege.) We would definitely recommend Veterans United to any Vet eligible for a VA loan.

Great staff and all of them very helpful.
Not sure why we had four people helping us. It may be helpful to explain their roles in the beginning, this way the veteran knows who to call with each question. We had Zach, Kyle, Monica and Ali helping us.
