I would most definitely recommend VU...the staff was superb and if I had any questions they got back to me right away...Taylor was very friendly and professional. The UV app was very user friendly and the concierge service was the icing on the cake!

From the beginning of my initial contact with Veterans United Home Loans to the closing on our new home, not once did I ever feel uncomfortable or mistreated or was given unsound or incorrect advice during the whole process. Everyone, from beginning to end, was 100% professional and overwhelmingly polite and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I was going to need before going to closing and making sure there were no last minute problems, which there were none. I am a 100% Disabled Veteran, and I wouldn't say this if it were not my true feelings. Mr. Glenn Leach from the Puyallup Washington State branch is amazing. The whole process of refinancing it's self was very smooth and very fast. Wow !! My family felt the communication was 100% spot and customer services from both Mr. Leach and Kristie as well as the title company where very friendly, fast, and accurate!! .I also want to make a special mention regarding Mr. Leach’s book “Credit Score, Battle Plan" helped us out a very well and played a huge part with the services. It gives you a wonderful background in applying for a loans, and understanding scores and what you need to do to get where you want to be.
