Chris was fast, thorough, understanding, and patient when it came to understanding our needs and answering our questions. He worked with us and around our schedules allowing us to get into our home fast and easily! Very pleasant experience going with this company! They are highly recommended! I would tell them if they had a hard time finding a loan, then you were the people to go through. But I would also tell them the difficulty it takes to get through everything you all want and how hard it is to understand some of you.
Maybe I’m wrong, but I expected more from a company with the name “Veterans” United. There are several other companies that I learned of closer to my closing date that offer things that this company did not. Overall it wasn’t a bad process and for the most part the staff responded relatively quickly. Bottom line recommendation, I’d do my research before committing any to a lender. As a veteran we’ve earned any and all benefits, discounts, etc…
