Communication was very poor towards the end in the beginning great but by the end we had no clue what was going on.

I’ve had great experiences with my credit union for years but was actually surprised by the one on one experience I’ve had with Veterans United (VU). In my opinion VU far exceeded any experience I’ve had with a financial institution.

Simple and easy from start to finish. Never rushed. Always making sure I had what I needed to get my home at the same time making sure my financial security was taken into account. Reps were always fast to answer and very knowledgeable on the issues. Kevin was very friendly, easy to talk to and ask questions.

He called me to inform me rates went down did I want to refinance saving. Me 100grand. Plus heck yeah because I don't see another opportunity but if presents itself again I. Might but I don't see it. I think rates will go higher but that's me. Tim was good for me. Saved me almost 400 a month
