Of course every concern I had was unfounded. They also have a concierge team helping every step of the way. I really can’t say enough, we closed Friday and couldn’t be happier. Veterans United was able to help me untangle a very difficult financial issue caused by my service connected injuries. I was not able to find anyone who could help me. Veterans United was the only one who knew how to help. Attorneys, real estate professionals, banks all told me I could forget about owning a home for a least three years. Veterans United understood the nuances of my case, and my loan officer Chet Kent knew how to help. Veterans United had online classes that explained every step of the process. What was not covered in the online lessons my loan officer explained to me thoroughly. Without Veterans United my wife and I would not be in our dream home. Very responsive and went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of and went smoothly as possible even in the face of a abrasive seller with numerous unreasonable tactics that could have derailed closing but, thanks to the Veterans United team working closely with the title company, we closed as scheduled and had a very Happy Halloween!

Veterans united as a company, goddam outstanding. this was one of the most stressful points in my life.... and yet it was the most seemless. VU made everything easy simple.
Andrew was a very attentive and available help throughout the entire home buying process. He availed himself often and in ways others from other lending companies hadn’t.The only reason I didn’t rate VU a 10 is because the amount that we were told would be credited to us from VU changed significantly at closing.
This VA Home Loan process went well with great support and I can't say how happy that I am in my new home. Doug kept me posted on all aspects of this process on a daily basis. He was available to help me whenever I needed answers.
