Near the closing of this application, I was in contact with both my agent and loan officer to resolve the issue around the interest rate, origination fee and taxes so all could be finished by closing. Due to the lack of communication and the need to be on track for the closing date to meet the sellers demand, I was obligated to close without resolution. If the above mentioned issues could be resolved to my satisfaction, I would be delighted to change my ratings. My hope is that a representative, with the authority, will contact me to resolve this issue.

This is my second experience working with Veterans United. Both have led me to be living in beautiful homes. I would highly recommend any Veterans or Active Duty servicemembers and / or their family to utilize this wonderful agency. They truly have your best interest at heart. I am in my forever home now; however if I ever did decide to move / relocate again.... I would choose Veterans United!!

Veterans United will be a good option for all vets, BEWARE!! This company will ask for unnecessary documentation that's is not required on any other major loner. They will hold your loan. Their processing time is longer than usual, approx. 60 days. Overall I will say it's not my best experience but at the same time I will say that is not the worst. If you have excellent credit and everything cleared on you economy is a good option, but is still a roller coaster. If your situation is not like that, stay away!

This is the second time I have used Veterans United without a real estate agent. My first experience was with an older house that kept getting delayed by underwriters. Rick is absolutely amazing, he is persistent, great with communication and is very knowledgeable. This time around was so smooth to the point we closed in exactly a month from the starting point. Stay on top of your checklist and communicate with your team when you have questions and you can’t go wrong! I highly recommend.
