Appraisal process was a bit confusing and clunky but overall the process went well even over/through the holidays.
This is my second mortgage using Veterans United and it really couldn't have been any smoother. They have the pinnacle level of professionalism, process knowledge and get it done attitude; I can't imagine myself ever going anywhere else for my mortgage servicing needs. It should be noted, this level of service and dedication is not common in these times, therefore Veterans United truly stands out. From the beginning of my initial contact with Veterans United Home Loans to the closing on our new home, not once did I ever feel uncomfortable or mistreated or was given unsound or incorrect advice during the whole process. Everyone, from beginning to end, was 100% professional and overwhelmingly polite and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I was going to need before going to closing and making sure there were no last minute problems, which there were none. I am a 100% Disabled Veteran, and I wouldn't say this if it were not my true feelings. It went well with the team being equipped to help me in any way they can.
Working with Veterans United was really easy. We did a cross country move and it was great not having to try to find a lender in another state.
You need to use a different Title company for refinance loans, they are not up to your normal standards.
This has been the most beautiful New Year Mr Tyler Dunn and team helped me to become a 1st time Homeowner in less than 2 months I told him I knew nothing about buying a house they Assured me that they would take care of me and did I done everything they asked me to do and they made my Dream come through he explained who they were and was here to Help and did a Phenomenal Work in helping me things I didn’t understand Him and Lori explained so yes I will Recommend Veterans United to anyone Ian a witness Thank you Mr Dunn and Team
Ryan and his team were amazing!! I had an unusual retirement situation that they were able to handle and get my loan approved with very little issues! I have now signed off on my forever home thanks to Ryan and the VU team!! I have nothing but great things to say about my experience!!

Veterans United was able to help me untangle a very difficult financial issue caused by my service connected injuries. I was not able to find anyone who could help me. Veterans United was the only one who knew how to help. Attorneys, real estate professionals, banks all told me I could forget about owning a home for a least three years. Veterans United understood the nuances of my case, and my loan officer Chet Kent knew how to help. Veterans United had online classes that explained every step of the process. What was not covered in the online lessons my loan officer explained to me thoroughly. Without Veterans United my wife and I would not be in our dream home.
