My loan officer, Vincent Fank was awesome!
We have been truly blessed by the outstanding professionalism and determination of Jeff and Shan. They spent many hours, days and then months working on our loan. They showed us sincere love and concern for us while we traveled this journey. We had many unforeseen obstacles placed in our way and they never gave up on us. They worked tirelessly to help us obtain our dream of owning a home. They prayed for us while we waited to overcome our difficult circumstances. They gave us Hope during the times that we did not see the light at the end of the tunnel. Through it all, we have been grateful that God placed Jeff and Shan in our lives. May God continue using them both, to bless the lives of those they assist along the path of owning a home. We will forever be grateful to them for their sincerity and passion for what they do. My whole team was wonderful, attentive and patient with every question I had and trust me I had a lot of questions. Chloe was very understanding and flexible with my request. Maggie was quick with answers, so patient when I didn’t understand something and very nice. All of them were great.
Jeremy and his staff were exceptional. They kept us updated throughout the entire process. They answered any question we had and provided excellent service and care. The night before closing Jeremy reached out to congratulate us and offered continued support even after closing.
This was our first time buying a home, and of course, using the VA loan. We worked with Morgunn during the process and it was most definitely the best first time home buying experience I think anyone could have had. From the moment she got in touch with my wife and I she made everything super easy for us! She was always so friendly to talk to, and went above and beyond to get things done quick! She was able to answer any questions we had and made this, what could have been a long hard process, fast and a piece of cake! I know you always hear about bad experiences, but you best believe my wife and I will be talking very highly about this!

I would just like to say my whole team was amazing, Ward Mershon and Jay Christman always there to answer random questions along the way and point me in the right direction, they definitely went above and beyond, hands down don’t think you can find a better loan officer and specialist. Holly glass crunching numbers last minute to make sure I can stay in the green for the loan and working with me directly was amazing and I am very grateful for her help and experience. My realtors Rebecca and Bruce were and still are amazing thanks for connecting me with such great people in general. Oh and Tara Fuemmeler dude amazing as well, always there to let me know I gotta sign something and super nice. Honestly I feel like this is the best possible team anyone could receive I got super lucky and I feel bad not everyone cant experience what I did. Every issue, question or potential set back, no problem at all, my roster was stacked and I didn’t even know it, this team is so good I’m considering never buying a house again because I don’t think anyone else will come close to being as good.
