E-docs make the process quick and the concierge services make transitioning to a new home/area less stressful. A wealth of information about the loan process, credit and finances are available to keep the borrower well-informed. Overall a great learning experience with my lending team.

While the homebuying process is stressful at times: coming off a shift to find more that I have to submit, write, justify, etc... The team I had was prompt and friendly when helping me understand what they needed from me.
They constantly communicated requirements and document requests as soon as they had them. I was able to produce and submit the paperwork quickly.
Simple and easy from start to finish. Never rushed. Always making sure I had what I needed to get my home at the same time making sure my financial security was taken into account.
