Everyone, from beginning to end, was 100% professional and overwhelmingly polite and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I was going to need before going to closing and making sure there were no last minute problems, which there were none. I am a 100% Disabled Veteran, and I wouldn't say this if it were not my true feelings. My experience with veterans united was great and easy. My only problem with this process was the real estate agent veterans united provided. I would definitely NOT recommend using Kia from 1st class real estate RVA. Me and my wife felt the communication was extremely slow and there were points in the closing process when we had to reach out to the seller/listing agent to ensure we had documents needed to close. It seemed like doing her job was bothersome. But other than that, the loan team, the concierge, and every other member in the process was very professional and helpful.

They were incredibly patient helping explain things that my elderly parents needed deeper explanation in time to understand.
