10 out of 10 for Shawn! 100% would and have already recommended using Shawn to a friend. I believe he went out of his way to ensure we had exactly what we needed for closing. His communication was outstanding and he was never too busy to answer questions. If you have a “kudos” reward/acknowledgment he absolutely deserves it. I will never have enough good things to say about him. So lucky we got paired up with him.Now, some of your other staff….: like Stephanie Sanders is about as useful as tits on a turtle. She doesn’t return phone calls for starters, even after leaving messages with questions. She kept requesting information that I didn’t have and she was told this (multiple times) I told her I didn’t have the information and I wouldn’t until after a certain time (HELOC paperwork that I could get after closing on that loan which she was given a date for) but kept insisting she needed it, in a an email that was shared with the sellers agent (which I did not appreciate) because that realtor was able to use against me, making me look like I wasn’t doing anything. Seriously, who does that. Stephanie would be the only person who would make me tell others to stay away from your company. She’s completely and utterly useless.But, to close on a happy note, totally appreciated Shawn. He was absolutely fantastic!

Scott & Courtney were amazing! This was my first home buying experience and not even the home buying classes could ever fully prepare you for this but Scott & Courtney took extremely great care of me! They communicated EVERY step and listened to me and addressed ALL of my concerns. I experienced a moment of doubt and they pretty much assured me I had nothing to worry about. I was never ignored, rushed, mislead, Etc.. A honest hardworking team to get you to a clear to close and I have extremely grateful for them! Love the amount of help and reassurance I received while buying my family their first home! The connections with everyone at first was really overwhelming but everyone on the team has bee nothing but helpful and so patient with us making sure we were able to move into our home without issues.

We recently closed on a house in Riverview, Florida. I worked with Jon Abernathy's team and the main person I had contact with was Ashton. Whether it was her or anyone else on Jon's team, they were always willing to help me and get whatever needed to be done completed. We had some complications along the way but she was able to get the info ready quickly and efficiently to help meet our closing date.
