My experience with Taylor Deppe and Abbie Schneider was the most positive and professional experience I’ve had purchasing a home. The never made me feel like i was a burden. Responded promptly, with clear and knowledgeable answers. If i ever do it again. I would have to work with either one of them. I will also tell my fellow vets in the area to request either one of them by name.
I believe the best thing was the lack of feeling stressed. Veterans United and especially the great people working on my loan made every aspect easy and always came off very friendly and approachable. I knew that if any type of question came up, Ryan Herman would be there to answer as well as the rest of the team. You guys made this experience a one-of-a-kind memory for not only myself but my son as well.

The Veterans United rate could not be beat without a large buy down when compared to other loan companies.
Having used many mortgage companies this was by far the hardest and most frustrating experience I have ever had. The endless request for paperwork that should have been asked for from the beginning. Asking for paperwork when the received page 1 then asking for page 2 2 1/2 weeks later. Having to obtain paperwork from the military that after multiple phone calls to the military, we were told it was actually VA united job to obtain what they were requesting.

He was still sending me documents at 11pm on a Friday night trying to help me out of an emergency situation, whereas my previous lender took 7 days vacation and came back a week before closing to tell me he couldn't do what Team Mange knocked out in record time!
