We simply loved the user friendly navigation in accessing your portal and frequent updates. There were some hurdles, but they were handled efficiently and professionally.

From the very beginning we had constant contact with everyone through emails and phone calls and never felt that we were bothering them, which was very comforting when you are moving half way across the country and are already feeling isolated.

My loan specialist, Colin Park, made phone calls to the county courthouse in my home town to find out who I needed to talk to and where to go to get the documents needed to clear my credit reports. WHO DOES THAT!!! I am completely satisfied with the loan that I got, the realtor they referred to me and the home that I eventually purchased. My life is so much better now!

Buying my very first home, I was a bit worried of hidden costs, a tedious process and fine print. However, Zach and his team were absolutely amazing. The entire process from start to finish was smooth, stress-free and easy going. Honestly, didn't even feel like I was buying something as big as a home... Zach made it feel like just another day. With constant communication, an easy to use website that outlined everything that was needed from me, and a group text message that connected Zach's entire team with me (my favorite part) made getting quick responses, no matter what question I had or what time I asked, easy. The professionalism was outstanding. The staff was extremely patient in helping me to understand the lending/loan language. There was always a way to reach a member, whether via email or phone.
