I would recommend Veterans United to any one! The team of Andrew Beckett was excellent and made my experience very pleasant. This was my first time getting a VA loan and going through the loan process. Everyone was quick to respond to all questions and concerns. They would explain everything to make it understandable and easy. Don't get me wrong I was anxious throughout but at the same time comforted with the team working for me! A great person!Jennifer always answered my calls immediately when I was feeling impatient with the underwriting, and the appraisal process. She was always trying to get an answer for me from the appraiser when they were taking too long and she did. The process felt like trying to go to sleep before Christmas but you were too excited.
Friendly employees made it easy to understand the how of the rights of a veterans in borrowing money for a house. I would strongly recommend them to other veterans who because of circumstances having a hard time owning a house and instead live in the street as homeless.
