While I understand there are a lot of moving parts with buying a home, there were a lot of people to keep track of and at times it was frustrating. There were occasions where it seemed like they had too many projects to keep track of. But once everyone was in the same page things did begin to move smoothly. I would have liked some sort of list of all the up front costs. As a new homebuyer I did not know what to expect and it seemed like there were a lot of surprise costs along the way. Looking back they were all valid and needed, I just wasn’t aware from the beginning.

Simple and easy from start to finish. Never rushed. Always making sure I had what I needed to get my home at the same time making sure my financial security was taken into account. Drew Tillman was fantastic!(even tho he’s a Chiefs fan) he went above and behind to get my loan done.
