Between living in one state and buying in another, driving across the country, and my husband and I being separated by deployment right before closing on the house, our loan officer Devin McCall did absolutely everything he could to keep us happy and successful in our home buying journey. We were in a big hurry to get everything done, and it was nice to have such aggressive support from our loan company. If you use this company, request Devin!
Scott Davis and Kurt Lofton were very helpful and informative. They were great. The underwriting process was very stressful. It seemed like the underwriters wanted more and more documents. The whole process ran right to the closing date which caused a lot of stress and anxiety.

After schedulingb a closing day Veterans United informed me that they didn't know that i was closing on that day and cost me a days vacation with even an apology

My experience with Veterans United, and in particular with Jeff Magsamen and his team, has been phenomenal. They are incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, respectful, and they have unequivocally earned my trust and respect. Based on my experience over the last several years (which includes a VA loan, a VA loan refinance at a lower rate, and I don't know how many questions in between), I can't image doing business with anyone else, and I hope I never have to.
