Overall experience was amazing! started last year with the team and my loan specialist kept up to date when it came to the loan itself which was totally awesome. My realtor was very patient and kept working with me despite the time it took to finally find the right home which is also why im grateful to have this team backing me up. will definitely recommend 10/10 experience.
You absolutely can't go wrong here. The only goal I've seen throughout interacting with each member of my loan team was that they genuinely wanted to see me close on a home.

I'd like to double down on my comments regarding Veteran homebuyers who are currently serving overseas to have expectation management when it comes to responses and results. It's understandable if you were in the same time zone as your loan team or real estate agent then it would be easier to communicate with them for feasibility otherwise you'd be waiting well over 24 hours for quick responses. This only heightens the already induced stressfulness of purchasing a house. Fortunately, I was lucky enough to have a team who was relatively responsive and slightly more engaging than what I've heard from other lenders/real estate agents.
This was hands down the easiest experience I've ever had purchasing a home. I loved how personal and in touch my loan team was!
